Self-Management for Life comes to Exeter
Having a long-term health condition or chronic illness, such as diabetes, pain, or a heart or lung condition, to name just a few, can really impact upon your life.
self management uk offers a FREE programme,
Self-Management for Life Patients that can help you understand how your condition impacts on your life, your job or even your relationships with family, and how managing these effects can help you take more control of your life and your health.
self management uk is bringing the programme to Exeter and we hope that you can take advantage of this excellent opportunity locally. It runs over six weekly sessions, with each session lasting three hours and is delivered by tutors who either have experience of living with a long-term health condition or supporting someone in a professional setting.
